THE BEST of Sober Living

“St. Paul Sober Living saved my life. As an SPSL resident, I was set up for success with every opportunity to achieve long-term sobriety. SPSL went above and beyond by helping me balance and maintain my day-to-day healthy routine – whether that was attending programming every day, attending AA meetings, or meeting with my sponsor weekly. I was given the ability to develop relationships with my supportive housemates, and connect with the amazing recovery community in the Twin Cities. I was held accountable for my actions, which ultimately helped strengthen my recovery and grow as a functioning human being in society.”
